Mr. Brozak is a well-respected and widely quoted financial analyst and a successful investment banker, specializing in biotechnology, medical devices, healthcare and specialty pharmaceuticals. He has been active in the financial industry for over 20 years. He was the CEO of Forrnatta Corporation, an innovator in the field of Internet form delivery. Mr. Brozak has a BA and MBA from Columbia University and is a retired Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Marine Corps with service in multiple global campaigns and operations.
Mr. Handler is a recently retired partner from the law firm of Kenyon & Kenyon. He has 40 years experience in all aspects of intellectual property, including patents, trade secrets, trademarks and copyrights, including litigation and other adversarial proceedings. Mr. Handler is past President of the West Point Society of New York and a past Trustee of the Association of Graduates, U.S. Military Academy. He holds a J.D. degree from the University of Virginia Law School and a B.S. in Engineering Science from the United States Military Academy.

Communications Plus clients include: American Standard, AT&T, Celanese, Citibank, Depository Trust and Clearing Corporation, New Providence Internal Medicine and WBB Securities, LLC. Mr. Bassman was a director at AT&T, with more than a decade of work at Bell Laboratories. Mr. Bassman holds a B.A. in Communications from the University of Miami and served for three years as an officer in the U.S. Army, including service in the Republic of Vietnam.
Dr. Larrick is Founder & President of the Palo Alto Institute of Molecular Medicine; Founder and CEO of Panorama Research Inc. Dr. Larrick is a biotechnology entrepreneur who founded or incubated several biomedical companies including: PanGenetics, TargetQuest, Neuromolecular, Kalobios, Planet, Xagros, and Nugen. He holds an MD and PhD, Medical Scientist Training Program, Molecular and Cell Biology, Duke University; BS, Chemistry, Colorado College; and did his residency at Stanford University in Oncology. Dr. Larrick has research experience in Molecular and Cell Biology, Pharmaceutical drug development, therapeutic monoclonal antibodies, applied biomedical research, protein therapeutics, cytokines, human adaptation to the environment
Dr. Hussell is a Professor in Immunology at the Kennedy Institute of Rheumatology, Imperial College, London. She is a member of the faculty of the Medicine Campus in Charing Cross, is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Medicine and was the lead researcher in a preclinical trial of OX40:lg used to clear infected mice of Cytokine storm. She also has conducted research in hygiene, respiratory syncytial virus, influenza virus and lung immunity immunology.
